The Josper Oven is a traditional, European closed barbecue. It uses only the highest quality wood for charcoal and has precision temperature control offering an authentic barbeque taste indoors.
It can choose between fish, poultry and meat .
Each comes with a side dish of your choice and a generous serving of sauce.
Side dish to choose - French fries,Apple & Vanilla Puree,The press room mash, Roasted vegetable,Ratatouille,Pilaf Rice,Mixed Vegetable.
Sauce to choose - Mustard,Blue cheese, Green pepper, Béarnaise, Porcini mushroom sauce or Marchand de vin.
Salmon from the Josper Oven - RM 40
It served with herb oil and a side of ratatouille as the side dish.
The dish look simple but the salmon turned out to be really good.
It has a crispy skin outside and the moisture of the fish in the inside.
The ratatouille were absolutely delightful.

Beef patty from the Josper Oven - RM 29
It served with sauce Porcini mushroom sauce and a side of The press room mash as the side dish.
The dish look simple but the patty is juicy and taste absolutely good.
The press room mash were delicious and a good match with the beef patty and the sauce together.
Although quite petite in size, but it is enough to fill the tummy

Impressed with the dinner experience. Will return to discover what they have on offer for breakfast and lunch for the next visit
