Ichiban Ramen

Is lunch time. Craving to eat Japanese food.

My colleague and me decide to go Ichiban Ramen is located at Food Republic Pavillion.

The environment are comfortable and the staff are friendly .
We have ordered the Saba Fish Bento.

 Saba Fish bento 

The Bento is come with Agedashi Tofu,pickle,stir fried cabbage,Saba Fish and Rice.

Agedashi Tofu with some light soy sauce - The tofu is crispy outside and soft inside. Yummy Yummy 

Stir fried cabbage - just nice not to hard and salty

Saba Fish (mackerel) with terayaki sauce - It comes with a thin layer of golden crispy skin and fresh juicy meat. It very appetising together with the rice 

Rice - come with generous potion. 

All the Bento set is serve with A bowl of Miso Soup,2 slice of fruit and Green Tea.

Overall the food are delicious and serve in hot.
The serving time didn't take too long. 1 hour lunch is enough for us
