It basically a light chiffon cake with a whipped cream filling and dusted with icing sugar.
We bought 1 box of Hokkaido cake-original flavour (Vanilla)

The cake was very light and not too sweet.
Love the cream filling in the centre and it best eaten when chilled. 

There are 3 flavours for the cake: vanilla, chocolate and strawberry.
Price: RM16.80 per box (6 cup in a box)
