Tao Heong Fish Head Noodles 中南区陶香肉骨茶鱼头米粉

The shop is located at Jalan Tiong Nam,near Chow Kit area. 
It open everyday from 6 am to 6 pm.

The Fish Head Noodle is served in claypot which can keeps the food warm till the end.
It stands out with its generous amount of various ingredients such as fried fish slices, tofu, preserved vegetables (ham choy), cabbages, yam slices, fish balls, bean curd sheets, lalas clam. It serve the thick vermicelli which I like.. 

The soup base was good and refreshing with tangy taste came from the tomatoes and preserved vegetables while the fish slices and lalas gave it a sweet taste. And also the evaporated milk and Chinese Rice wine added with rich and creamy flavour to the soup.

One cons this place is very hot, because the shop is under the zinc roof . 
Be prepared sweating while enjoying the food
