Din Tai Fung

The restaurant have unique and pleasant decor.
The staff and service are very efficient.
Once you are in , the ordering process and serves are fast.

The Signature Xiu Long Bao – Price RM11.80 (8 pcs) / RM9.80 (6 pcs) 
It contain minced pork wrapped in a delicate dough skin, which is then pleated, twisted at the top and steamed. 
At Din Tai Fung, each piece of xiao long bao is wrapped in fine - yet firm - translucent skin, and each dumpling has at least 18 exquisite folds. 
The meat within, steamed to perfection, is plump and juicy to the bite. 
Each xiao long bao is freshly made when order.
The skin was delicately thin, the minced pork filling was soft and the broth was full of flavour.

Ginger and soya sauce vinegar
I was good when slurping warm and tasty soup enclosed within a delicate pocket, topped with some slices of ginger,soya sauce and vinegar.

Taiwan Century Egg - RM 4.50
The yolks are on the soft side and will get a wonderful, rich, creamy texture that goes great with the texture of the "whites" of the egg. 
It was good and blends well with the slice of pickled ginger. 

Golden Pumpkin with Salted Egg - RM 11.80
The fingers of pumpkin coated with salted egg yolk, dipped in batter and deep fried. 
The gritty texture of the salted egg yolk gives the pumpkin added taste and flavour.
It taste crispy outside with the salted egg yolk and it was soft and creamy inside.
I absolutely love this both appetizer lol

 
Mushroom Carrot Fried Rice - RM 12.80
This fried rice is very fragrant and the colours of the vegetables makes it very appetizing.
Those rice were completely egg-coated, fragrant, soft and fluffy.
It taste really aroma although it was a very simple dish. 
It suitable for the vegetarian.
