Sarawak cuisine stall is located around Food Republic at Level 1 Pavilion.
Seafood Noodle Soup
The noodle soup with fresh prawns, fish balls, sotong and crab stick.
The noodle soup was so hot and delicious . It quite appetising with clear taste and a bit spicy
If want to spice it up more, might add their chilli sauce.
The potion was just nice for me.
Kolo Mee
The noodle looks like thinner than instant noodle but texture more springy.
It also with fish cakes, cha siew (bbq chicken) ,some chopped spring onions and fragrantly fried shallot.
A good amount of seasoning was put into the noodles to make it flavourful.
The char siew (bbq chicken) is soft and good i like that.
You can add some chili and a squeeze of lime juice for some extra kick.
Ketchup Mee
This dish using crispy egg noodles and poured the thickened tomato ketchup sauce.
It also with some prawns, fish cakes, squid and vegetables.
The cooking method is similar like the Cantonese style Fried Noodle and just the sauce change to tomato ketchup sauce.
The tomato base is just flavorful enough, and quite appetizing without too much tomato ketchup taste.
Laksa Sarawak
This dish using thick rice noodles and coconut milk based curry soup
It also with some prawn, shredded chicken, shredded egg omelette, bean sprout, and some parsley.
The gravy had a delightful scent of coconut milk that was not too thick.
It also less spicy and a little more sour.
You can add sambal and a squeeze of lime juice for some extra kick.
Overall the food are good at this stall. The staff are friendly and quick serving.
