The taiwan sausage you can choose either chicken or pork sausage and select from 9 different sauces - original, black pepper, satay, hot & spicy, super hot, salad, thousand island, wasabi and honey sauce. 
We have ordered the 1 taiwan sausage (small) chicken with thousand island sauce and 1 taiwan sausage (small) pork original.

After you place your order, they will put the sausage on the grill and start grilling.

The meat quite tender and sweet.

Taiwan sausage (small) pork original.

The skin tasted very crunchy, sweet and flavourful.

Overall the taste was good. I prefer the taiwan sausage pork.
